I bought this last year at full price and would recommend it to anyone looking for GF bread recipes, as I’ve tried several of the ones included and they all worked well. I also have her Gluten-Free Baking Classics in paperback (bought before I had a Kindle) and on Kindle (I picked it up on sale a couple of years ago).
